Registration

These registration packages are for School and Non-Educational Associate qualified individuals. See member types for more information.

Limited registrations will be allowed onsite. Email OSFMA to inquire whether space is still available.

Meals

The meals included in registration:

  • Full Conference registration: Wednesday - Lunch, Dinner; Thursday - Breakfast, Lunch
  • Wednesday registration: Lunch, Dinner
  • Thursday registration: Breakfast, Lunch

Credit Card

We accept credit cards at the time of registration or anytime through the participant's account.

Invoice 

An invoice will be emailed following registration. We do not mail paper invoices. Forward this invoice to accounts payable.

Cancellation Policy

    • Attendees may cancel at any time.
    • Prior to March 11, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • After March 11, a $50 fee will be assessed. The cancellation fee will be billed to the individual if no registration fee has been received. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. If OSFMA has received the registration fee, a refund, less the cancellation fee, may be credited back to the original credit card or a check will be mailed within 30 days after the conference.
    • Cancellations received within 48 hours of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund and are responsible to pay for the full registration fee.
    • No-show attendees are responsible for the full registration fee.
    • If an attendee is showing any symptoms of flu, covid, other respiratory infection, or are not feeling well, they should not attend the conference. OSFMA will work with them to cancel registration without detriment.
